Northern House

Murphy Philipps were commissioned by the South Central Ambulance Service to develop the Northern House scheme in Bicester, following on from the concepts developed for the Southern House scheme.

The project provides administrative and executive facilities for the ambulance service. The open plan accommodation provided for the staff has been warmly welcomed following from extensive consultation and design workshops. A key element of the scheme development was developing a close working relationship with the Trust staff, to explore new ways of working in a modern office environment.  The facility also contains the control centre for the northern region of the Trust operations.
