Fit-out projects for two separate sandwich bars for a London chain. The first, completed in 2001 is located close to the busy roundabout in Old Street, EC1. The project involved the installation of a new structural glass shop front and a steel ramp access, as well as food preparation and seating areas. 

The other unit is located on two levels adjacent to a PR company's headquarters in Curzon Street, W1. The project involved fitting out new preparation space in the basement, with a servery and seating area at street level. Internal sliding glass doors connect the unit to the adjoining office reception area. The fit-outs were part of the company's initial wave of expansion.
