Higham Hill Children's Centre

This Sure Start centre is situated on a site currently used as Council offices. The project involved partial demolition of the existing building and part new-build in order to provide the new Sure Start facility.

The proposed design addresses the need to clearly separate the Children's area from the Council offices, allowing the existing building to continue operation during construction and providing secure safe facilities once completed.

The design provides a colorful, robust, child-friendly environment, with access to natural light and external play areas from all internal spaces.
