Lordswood Community Health Living Centre

The Lordswood Community Healthy Living Centre is located within an existing residential area and provides a new focal point for the local community.

The new building includes three GP practices, a treatment suite including minor operations, podiatry services, speech & language therapy, physiotherapy and a community dental suite. The building also provides an office base for health visitors, district nurses and community midwives. In addition, there are community group meeting rooms and a health promotion area.

The project was a sample scheme for a third wave LIFT framework and has acted as the pilot scheme for Medway, setting the standard in terms of design and process for future projects.
