Located in Harwich, North Essex the Rosebank Park extra care project is a 2 and 3 storey building arranged around a central courtyard.  It contains 48 single bedroom and 12 two bedroom Extra Care apartments with external balconies

The apartments are designed in accordance with the HAPPI (Housing for ageing population, panel for innovation) design guidelines to provide independent and flexible living for older people. The scheme also meets the Code for Sustainability Level 3, and includes areas of green roof to enhance local biodiversity
