Murphy Philipps have been approached by a number of Governmental and private organisations to write guidance relating to healthcare building design.

Murphy Philipps authored the Department of Health guidance on the design of primary and community care facilities (Health Building Note 11-01). As a result, we are very familiar with new thinking and current policies regarding healthcare provision and are able to provide accommodation that fully supports these principles. A key part of this is to maximise the future flexibility and adaptability of buildings.

In the private sector, Murphy Philipps have written global design guidance for a private acute healthcare provider, as well as produced a set of standardised briefing documentation for primary care centres.
